How to reserve
Give us a call to reserve your dates, then write to us confirming the dates, the number of people, your address and telephone number. We consider a booking confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit; we can accept payments in Euros or GB Pounds.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation terms:
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing. 100% refunds will be given up to 6 weeks before arrival. After that date, deposits will not be refunded. If the client does not arrive on the agreed date, the written agreement will be considered null and void, the deposit remains our property and we can dispose of the accommodation again. In case of premature departure, the remainder of the time booked will be due in full.
We advise clients to arrange comprehensive insurance for personal belongings and public liability as this is not covered by the owners. We accept no responsibility loss, theft, damage or injury to the guests personally or their belongings. |
